Peter V. Palena, MD, FACS

Dr. Palena has been with Riddle Eye Associates since 1989. Prior to that time, Dr. Palena was practicing ophthalmology for approximately 20 years in partnership with Dr. Edward A. Jaeger at the Media Clinic and at Riddle Memorial Hospital. As a board certified ophthalmologist, he practices comprehensive ophthalmology with a special interest in retinal diseases and diabetes. He completed medical school and his ophthalmology residency training at Jefferson Medical College and received a retinal fellowship from Wills Eye Hospital in Philadelphia, PA in 1970.

In addition to Riddle Memorial Hospital , Dr. Palena is a Clinical Professor of Ophthalmology and on staff at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, Wills Eye Institute and is a consulting ophthalmologist at Fair Acres Geriatric Center in Lima, PA. Dr. Palena is the current Chief-of-Ophthalmology at Riddle Memorial Hospital.

Anthony Antonello, MD, FACS

Dr. Antonello joined Riddle Eye Associates in 1989. As a board certified ophthalmologist, he practices comprehensive ophthalmology with a special interest in cataract and cataract surgery. He completed medical school at the Medical College of Pennsylvania and residency training in ophthalmology at West Virginia Universtiy in Morgantown, WV in 1989.

In addition to Riddle Memorial Hospital, Dr. Antonello is on staff at Roxborough Memorial Hospital, Fair Acres Geriatric Center and Taylor Hospital in Ridley Park, PA.

Maria Palatucci McNeill, MD

Dr. McNeill joined Riddle Eye Associates in 2006 on a part-time basis while completing her training in ophthalmology at Wills Eye Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. She graduated with honors from Jefferson Medical College and has successfully completed her written ophthalmology board certification exam and is eligible to sit for the oral exam. She practices general ophthalmology with a special interest in oculoplastic procedures and cataract surgery.
