Anthony Antonello, MD, FACS

Dr. Antonello joined Riddle Eye Associates in 1989. As a board certified ophthalmologist, He practices comprehensive ophthalmology with a special interest in cataract and cataract surgery. He completed medical school at the Medical College of Pennsylvania and residency training in ophthalmology at West Virginia University in Morgantown, WV in 1989.

In addition to Riddle Memorial Hospital, Dr. Antonello is on staff at Roxborough Memorial Hospital, Fair Acres Geriatric Center and Taylor Hospital in Ridley Park, PA. Dr. Antonello is the current Chief-of-Ophthalmology at Riddle Memorial Hospital.

Dr. Britt J. Parvus

Dr. Britt J. Parvus, a board certified ophthalmologist who specializes in managing diseases of the retina, completed her undergraduate studies at Pennsylvania State University, where she majored in Nutrition Science. She then earned her medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, where she also completed her residency in ophthalmology and was appointed chief resident. Dr. Parvus was then honored with an ocular oncology fellowship and selected among her peers to serve as chief fellow at Wills Eye Hospital. She then completed a second fellowship in medical retina at Sinclair Retina Associates, P.C.

Her clinical interests include macular degeneration, ocular tumors, and vascular conditions of the retina including diabetic retinopathy and vein occlusions. She deeply values the relationships she builds with her patients and is passionate about restoring and maintaining their precious vision.

Dr. Parvus maintains memberships in both regional and national medical societies including the Wills Eye Hospital Society, the American Society of Retina Specialists, the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American Osteopathic College of Ophthalmology and Otolaryngology, and the Greater Philadelphia Ophthalmic Society.

Recognized for her medical and humanitarian efforts, Dr. Parvus volunteered at Haiti Clinic, Inc., a free clinic that provides access to medications and physicians as well as basic necessities such as clean water, adequate nutrition, education, and sanitation. She has been instrumental in the development of health services to the population that Haiti Clinic serves.

Outside of work, Dr. Parvus enjoys being active as well as spending time with family and friends. She recently returned to the Philadelphia area, not just to be closer to her beloved Phillies, but also to be closer to her Philadelphia-born husband, and she is happy to be back!

Dr. Caitlin Cassey

 

Dr. Cassey joined Riddle Eye Associates on September 26th 2016.

Caitlyn Cassey received her Doctorate in Optometry from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Satus University.  She Attended Saint Joseph’s University on a Presidential Scholarship and received her Bachelors Degree in Biology with a Minor in Business Administration.

Dr. Cassey is a member of the Chester Delaware County Optometric Society, the Pennsylvania Optometric Association, and the American Optometric Association.  Dr. Cassey is interested in primary optometric care and specializes in contract lenses.

Dr. Cassey was born and raised in Delaware County and is an avid Philadelphia sports fan.

Dr. Cassey routinely sees patients at Fair Acres to perform eye exams for the residents.

Dr. Andrew Pritchard

Dr. Pritchard a board certified optometrist specializes in general eye examinations and difficult to fit contact lenses.  He is a graduate of The Pennsylvania College of Optometry now known as Salus University.  He is licensed to treat all eye diseases such as Glaucoma, Cataracts and anterior segment and posterior segment eye disorders.

Dr. Pritchard has thirty years of experience in providing eyecare.  He owned his own practice for twenty four years and decided to move on to concentrate on his patients rather than having to run a business.  He puts patients first and cares deeply about the eye and general health.

Dr. Pritchard joined Dr. Antonello’s practice three years ago.

Personally Dr. Pritchard enjoys running, biking and personal training.  After a usual day he goes home to a full household of five children, his wife Kathy, three cats, two dogs, oh and one fish.
